Join us as a Payroll Administrator in Sandringham, Johannesburg, delivering accurate payroll services for over 720 employees. This role focuses on shift-worker payroll, manual timesheets, and compliance requirements.
In this fixed-term position, you will support the Payroll Officer and process payroll using Sage 300 People. You’ll capture payroll data, validate timesheets, and maintain compliance with South African regulations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide payroll processing support across multiple entities
• Capture and validate shift and overtime data
• Verify payroll inputs for compliance and accuracy
• Liaise with benefit providers for employee support
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12) required
• At least 5 years of payroll administration
• Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation
