Pivotal is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator for a one-year contract role based in Scarborough, Ontario. Bring your expertise in processing payroll for unionized hourly employees and make a significant impact.

In this full-time, onsite position, you will manage accurate payroll processing and administer employee benefits. The role requires experience with 12-hour shifts, understanding payroll legislation, and working collaboratively with HR and Finance. You will also address payroll queries and ensure compliance with policies and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Maintain confidential employee payroll records
• Verify timesheets and pay rates with accuracy
