Position Summary

The Payroll Administratoris responsible fortheaccurateandtimelyprocessing of payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This role supports payroll operations,maintainsemployee records, and serves as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processregular payroll cycles(weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly) accurately and on time 

  • Maintainemployee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes

  • Calculate and processwages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions

  • Ensure proper handling oftax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits deductions

  • Reconcile payroll data and resolvediscrepancies or errors

  • Prepare and distributepay statements and reports
