Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process two (2) payroll runs each month, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll administration.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll changes, statutory submissions, payslips, payroll reporting, and GL reconciliations.
- Process staff claims and resolve payroll- and payment-related queries by liaising with employees and HR Business Partners.
- Monitor and implement changes to payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and company policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare payroll reports, maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, and support month-end payroll activities.
- Support payroll system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and continuous process improvement initiatives.
