Position: Payroll AdministratorLocation: Mississauga (on-site) About the Role
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Administrator will support weekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees across Canada and the U.S. You’ll ensure timely, accurate payroll and gain exposure to HRIS systems, compliance, reporting, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end weekly payroll processing

  • Verify timecard data and payroll changes

  • Maintain payroll policies and reporting

  • Respond to payroll inquiries

  • Support audits and third-party remittances
  • About You
  • PCP certified or enrolled

  • 2+ years of Canadian payroll experience

  • Knowledge of ESA/CLC payroll legislation

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional

  • Proficient with Excel and HRIS systems
