About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll accurately and on time. This role is critical to ensuring our employees are paid correctly, compliantly, and with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and employment regulations
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies
  • Respond to payroll-related questions from employees
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on updates, audits, and changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with tax laws, statutory deductions, and compliance
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
