About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll accurately and on time. This role is critical to ensuring our employees are paid correctly, compliantly, and with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and employment regulations
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Respond to payroll-related questions from employees
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on updates, audits, and changes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
- Familiarity with tax laws, statutory deductions, and compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
