Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our client’s team based in Bellville.
  • Administer the monthly payroll administration from capturing input to payment for the respective portfolio.
  • Applying for South African Revenue Service for tax directives.
  • Prepare monthly reports for various business partners within the company as required, including HR, Finance, payroll, and line manager.
  • Ensure accurate filing and data retention in line with Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Protection of Personal Information Act.
  • Complete UI19 forms for Unemployment Insurance Fund submissions.
  • Extract monthly variance reports on the payroll for validation.
