Position Overview

The North America Payroll Operations employee in Human Resources is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll processes, with responsibilities centered on auditing, process improvement, and supporting operational teams. This person supports accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, by maintaining and updated master data, reviews processes to do so and ensures all involved in the process maintains compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, process orientation, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of payroll processes and HR best practices.
