They are seeking a Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist to support their growing finance team. This role is remote, based in LATAM, and offers the opportunity to work closely with a family business that values accuracy, reliability, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Submit weekly payroll across 5 entities through Paychex Oasis, using QuickBooks timesheets (every Wednesday by 11AM EST).

  • Enter approved employee expense reimbursements into QuickBooks with proper job costing and ensure inclusion in payrol...
