Responsibilities
Ensure consistent and daily balancing of all payroll accounts from Workday to SAP general ledgerReconcile payroll-related accounts against the general ledgerConduct regular audits of payroll data including incomplete transactions and errorsAssist with monthly, quarterly and year end close activitiesAssist in ensuring payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsPrepare, analyze, and distribute payroll reports to management, internal partners and external vendorsSupport payroll system implementations, upgrades, and testingCoordinate and engage across HR functional teams for identification and resolution of payroll related issues, including HRIS, Benefits and CompensationAssist in setup and maintenance of new and existing pay components and general ledger accountsPartner in processing Executive Comp payments including Stock Options and Deferred Comp
