Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing payroll and accounting data
• Ensure accuracy of approved timesheets coming over into our payroll software, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
• Responsibility for updating payroll records; making sure that all records show up to date worker information
• Responsibility for resolving payroll discrepancies
• Give suggestions on modification in payroll policies and procedures
• Communication with workers, answering questions and providing guidelines
• Undertaking payroll audits or providing payroll documents to auditor
• Report to management about asset utilization and audit results
