Payroll Accountant – 12 Month Temporary

SMS Equipment is looking for a Payroll Accountant to support the delivery of payroll accounting functions, including remittances, journal entries, and account reconciliations. This role provides accounting expertise, supports payroll processes for both hourly and salaried employees, and acts as a resource for payroll and finance teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role is a temporary 12-month term position. Work Location: Acheson, Alberta.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – providing the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
