Synechron in Mexico City seeks Support Engineers to provide first-line production support for the enterprise payments environment, operating on a follow-the-sun model with focus on monitoring, alert handling and incident management.

Responsibilities include monitoring platforms, triaging incidents, producing daily reports, and maintaining SOPs. Requirements include a CS/IT degree, Linux/Windows familiarity, SQL databases, basic cloud exposure, observability tools, and ITSM (ServiceNow).
