Payment Ops Program Manager (Business)

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Client office at a minimum 2-3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

We are seeking an experienced Payments Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives across North American Treasury and Payment rails, including eTransfer, Wires, ACH, Zelle, and EFT/API integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep payments domain expertise combined with a proven track record of end-to-end program delivery in highly regulated banking environments, with strong command of operational risk, compliance, and cutover management. This role requires the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Product, and Risk while safeguarding production stability and meeting SLA commitments.
