Payment Operator

We are seeking a Payment Operator to join our data operations team in the Philippines. Our ideal candidate will be responsible, have extreme attention to detail, superb communication skills, and experience in similar roles.
Schedule: 5 days a week, with a shifting schedule (Monday to Sunday), located in Aurora, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Manage the payments for study participants
Record the payments in CRM software
Track and monitor the daily payments
Report daily balance to the Shift Manager
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Dedicated to processes and protocols
Fluent in English and Filipino
Experience working with Excel and CRM software
Experience in cashier roles (an advantage)
