What the day will look like



+ Client Account Management

+ Monitor outstanding receivables for assigned portfolios and proactively contact clients regarding overdue payments.

+ Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, account managers, insurers and internal stakeholders.

+ Conduct regularly debtor meetings with account management team to review outstanding receivables

+ Collections and Reconciliation Process Execution

+ Initiate and follow up on collection calls, emails...
