Payload Systems Engineer

We are partnered with a Barcelona-based space technology company developing an affordable, recurrent, high-resolution thermal imaging constellation. Their mission is to provide a new perspective on Earth’s changing resources, enabling advanced environmental monitoring and data-driven resource management at global scale.

They are now looking for a Payload Systems Engineer to join the team and take ownership of the design, analysis, integration, and validation of payloads across the constellation. This role sits at the centre of payload development, working closely with satellite platform, ground, operations, and user infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality imaging performance from concept through in-orbit operations.

You will contribute across the full mission lifecycle, combining hands-on technical work with cross-functional coordination, supplier interaction, and support to launch and operational readiness activities.
