About the Role


Reporting to the Manager, Payables & Expense Management (Financial Operations), this position is responsible for assisting the Manager with university payables and expense management including related general ledger accounts. The incumbent’s role is to provide oversight for the accurate and timely processing of all payable and expense management transactions in a manner consistent with university policies, procedures and related legislation to safeguard university resources. Execution is by related system controls, data analysis and reporting ensuring data integrity including assisting the Manager, Payables & Expense Management with policy and procedure development, planning and directing the capture of payables and expenses along with the maintenance of payables systems including analytics. The incumbent will provide advising and training support on University projects and systems related to Payables & Expense Management.
