About the Role

The Paving Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily Asphalt Paving field operations, coordinating with owners and general contractors, and organizing crews and sub-contractors. The Paving Superintendent ensures contracts are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with specifications and customer expectations. The superintendent provides accurate revenue and cost information to the accounting staff in a timely manner and reviews invoices and cost reports prior to release. The role is integral to developing and maintaining the capabilities of the GVA operations organization to increase construction revenue and profitability.
