Qualifications and responsibilities for this Paving Superintendent position include:

5+ years of asphalt paving experience required

3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of asphalt paving methods, grading, compaction, and quality control

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
