Key Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt pavers accurately to ensure smooth, even surface application
- Monitor screed performance, mat depth, and paving quality throughout operations
- Collaborate closely with spreader, roller operators, and labourers to maintain efficient workflow
- Adjust machine settings to suit varying paving conditions and materials
- Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Follow project specifications, foreman instructions, and safety guidelines
- Mentor crew members and support site safety, especially in foreman or supervisory roles
- Quickly identify and resolve paving or equipment issues to maintain quality
- Minimum 3 years experience operating asphalt pavers in a paving environment
