Durban North. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Patternmaker and Grader to join a respected and established leader in the apparel manufacturing industry. We are seeking a technically skilled professional with a qualification in Pattern Making, Garment Technology, or Fashion Design, coupled with 3–5 years of experience in a clothing manufacturing environment. Strong CAD pattern-making experience, preferably on Lectra, is essential.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about garment construction, fit, and precision, and who thrives in a fast-paced production setting. You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into accurate, production-ready patterns while ensuring exceptional fit, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
