As our Pattern Shop Engineer, you will oversee pattern production, storage, design, and development to ensure efficient, high‑quality foundry operations. You will plan and monitor daily production, streamline workflows, review performance, and drive continuous improvement across all patterns‑related processes. You will collaborate closely with the Methoding team to ensure pattern designs align with casting and operational requirements, while supporting new product development through timely and manufacturable pattern delivery.
