Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manual Pattern Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise garment patterns by hand, ensuring proper fit, design accuracy, and production efficiency. This role requires expertise in manual drafting, fabric cutting, and garment construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret design sketches, technical drawings, or sample garments to create accurate manual patterns.
• Draft base patterns from scratch using traditional methods such as paper, cardboard, or muslin.
• Modify and adjust patterns for different sizes while maintaining design integrity.
• Conduct test fittings and make necessary alterations to achieve the best fit.
• Work closely with designers, sewing technicians, and production teams to refine patterns.
