A leading women's dress brand based in New York City, is seeking a highly skilled Pattern Engineer / Marker Maker to join our Technical Design and Production team. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging creative vision with technical precision—ensuring our engineered prints align beautifully with garment patterns while maximizing fabric efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer and execute placement prints for dresses in collaboration with designers to ensure both aesthetic alignment and technical feasibility.
• Create precise mini markers with detailed measurements, placement notes, borders, and screen sizes.
• Reengineer fabric layouts to achieve optimal yardage efficiency without compromising design integrity.
• Translate design concepts into accurate print layouts and repeats that match style specifications.
