The Data &Performance Specialist plays a critical role in transforming product, customer, trial, field, and industry data into clear performance insights, practical recommendations, and measurable economic value for our customers. This role strengthens Hybrid Turkeys’ ability to make data‑driven decisions by applying advanced analytics, benchmarking, digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled analysis and predictive modelling, to better understand product performance across the full value chain.
