The Patient Service Specialist will play a vital role at myteem, handling a diverse range of tasks including inbound and outbound calls with patients, preparing charts by obtaining their medical information, and providing assistance by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Essential Functions
Inbound and Outbound Communication: Engage with patients via phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner. Handle inbound inquiries regarding medical services, appointments, and general queries. Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
