We're looking for a detail-obsessed, patient-first Patient Services & Scheduling Coordinator to keep our Gastroenterology practice running like a well-oiled endoscopy suite. This role is the central hub for communication, scheduling, and patient coordination—ensuring every appointment, procedure, and message flows smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Communication Management

• Process and accurately route inbound faxes in a timely manner.
• Monitor and respond to website inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Manage screening colonoscopy requests through the Woven X platform.
• Maintain complete and organized documentation within the EMR system.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule GI procedures, including screening colonoscopies, using Task Inbox workflows.
