Patient Services Assistant

your responsibilities will include:

·Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care duties i.e. Transport of patients, collecting equipment etc.

·Greet all patients/visitors/guests within the hospital with a friendly demeanour and answer enquiries

·Going above and beyond with caring for our patients

·Comply with site WHS policy, infection control standards and policy and procedures

Essential Criteria:

·Authority to Work in Australia

·Working with Children check (if relevant)

·Commitment to service excellence.

·Strong time management and prioritisation skills

·Excellent communication and customer service abilities

·Keen attention to detail

·Work well independently and within a team

·Available for on-call shifts
