We are looking for a Patient Service Representative to support a high-volume healthcare environment through attentive scheduling and patient-facing service. This is a contract position based in the Greater Philadelphia Region with a primarily remote schedule after completion of initial on-site orientation and equipment pickup. The ideal Patient Service Representative candidate brings experience from a medical office, hospital, or similar clinical setting and can confidently navigate patient scheduling while using Epic software. Flexibility is important, as the role may include varied weekday shifts and rotating weekend coverage.
