Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, people-first Patient Services Coordinator who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and leads intake and administrative processes with confidence and compassion. This is a highly visible, patient-facing role within our Transitional Care Unit (TCU) and is critical to ensuring smooth admissions, coordinated discharges, and strong day-to-day operations.
This role goes beyond task completion — we are looking for someone who steps up, solves problems, and helps keep the unit running smoothly, supporting both patients and clinical teams.
This position is central to patient flow, family experience, and operational success. The right candidate will not wait to be told what to do — they will lead from the front, anticipate challenges, and help ensure patients receive respectful, coordinated care from the moment they arrive.
