Job Summary

You will be the first point of contact for Podiatry Quest, delivering excellent customer service and managing clinic operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their issues or appointment needs to provide prompt assistance
• Manage customer interactions across all communication channels to deliver a positive experience
• Schedule appointments, handle patient registration, and process payments accurately
• Sterilize instruments using an autoclave following infection control standards
