About The Role

 Are you an administrator looking to make a difference? Are you looking to take your career within healthcare to the next stage?

Here at Practice Plus Group, we are looking for x2 Patient Services Advisors to join us in our practice based in the vibrant Brighton centre. You will be working on a permanent, full time basis. You would be the first point of contact for all patients at the practice. This would include booking appointments using the system, greeting patients on arrival and notifying the appropriate clinician. While in the waiting room, the patients would be in your care, and so you would need to observe them and notify the appropriate staff should they need immediate health requirements.
