QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related program

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience

  • Open to work in a hospital setup


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Monitor and improve the overall patient experience throughout the hospital.

  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and recommend service improvements.

  • Develop and implement patient-centered programs and initiatives.

  • Track patient experience indicators and prepare recommendations for improvement.

  • Receive, investigate, and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure patient issues are addressed effectively.
