QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related program
- At least 3 years of marketing experience
- Open to work in a hospital setup
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and improve the overall patient experience throughout the hospital.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and recommend service improvements.
- Develop and implement patient-centered programs and initiatives.
- Track patient experience indicators and prepare recommendations for improvement.
- Receive, investigate, and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally.
