Job Description- Registration of patient’s visit, issuance of queue ticket, retrieves or create patient records and assist in any administrative work required at front counter
- Billing enquiries and cashiering duties
- Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and advice on the necessary tests / investigations
- Assist in preparing clinic reports
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and internal departments on any clarifications for patient matters
- Assist in counter closing
- Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma qualification
- No prior experience required; training and guidance will be provided
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
