Patient Care Coordinator – Langford (Victoria), British Columbia

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who’s organized, people-first, and ready to build a meaningful career in healthcare – no clinical background needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Assist patients in person, by phone, and virtually with questions and general support
  • Manage incoming referrals and prepare patient files
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update electronic medical records
  • Coordinate insurance coverage, pre-authorizations, and claim submissions
