Patient Accounts Representative (Hiring Immediately)

Position OverviewResponsible for timely and accurate processing of and effective follow-up on all services, equipment and supplies. In this position, the representative should make every effort to assist the patient with questions and/or concerns and streamline the process for the patient, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Compensation Range:

$16.67 - $24.61 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in resolving issues as they occur while efficiently managing high work volume in a fast paced work environment

Preferred:

• Experience with durable medical equipment.
