Position Summary:

The Patient Accountability Representative – AR, plays an essential role in the financial operations of our healthcare organization. The position is primarily responsible for managing the AR portfolio by contacting insurance carriers, third-party payers, and patients to facilitate timely payments. You will ensure the accuracy of billing, rectify any discrepancies, and contribute to maintaining a robust and efficient patient accounting system. As a crucial part of our healthcare team, you will act as a liaison between the organization, insurance companies, and patients to foster clear communication and mutual understanding.
