Assists in the reporting, analysis and implementation of programs that support Revenue Cycle. Responsible for providing expertise to Revenue Cycle operations to ensure quality service is provided to patients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Responsible for providing expertise for the implementation, optimization, maintenance and monitoring of Revenue Cycle operational processes.
+ Coordinates system build, testing, workflow analysis, training, onsite support, provider template and protocol management.
+ Informs staff of system enhancements, documents trends and reports operational issues.
