Overview
Our client, a leading academic health system, is seeking experienced Patient Access Representatives to join their growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in patient registration, scheduling, intake, and insurance verification who are comfortable working in Epic and providing exceptional patient service.
Candidates will complete approximately two weeks of onsite training in New Haven, CT before transitioning to a fully remote schedule.
Responsibilities
+ Complete patient registration and demographic updates accurately in Epic
+ Verify insurance coverage and collect required patient information
