Your tasks:
You will support our patent team with patent searches and evaluations through the lifecycle of generic pharmaceuticals, from project ideas to development until launch, ensuring timely updates and project-specific assessments.You will act as a first point of contact for both internal and external requests regarding intellectual property (IP) matters.Moreover, you actively participate in project teams and coordinate the collaboration with external law firms and experts.Providing preliminary assessments for new ideas as well as defining the patent strategy are also part of your role.In addition, you will also be responsible for keeping our internal IP databases updated.Furthermore, managing invention disclosures, including communication with inventors, and oversee the patent application ...
