Job Description
An exciting Pastry Sous Chef position is available at an exclusive 3 AA Rossette resort hotel in Northamptonshire which has a great reputation for offering its guests exclusive quality dining. In this role of Pastry Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head pastry Chef and team in the separate Pastry Kitchen preparing all desserts, bread etc for the restaurants, special events, and private dining that take place at the property.
Requirements:
A Pastry Sous Chef who is experienced in working in kitchens accredited up to a minimum two AA Rosette level is required to take on this role. It is important that you are a creative chef capable of designing your own dishes and have dishes that you can bring to the department. All chefs must be able to demonstrate excellent teamwork and have a passion to provide a quality service every time.
