Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Junior Sous Chef (Pastry) to join our culinary team. You will assist the Pastry Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and uphold Shangri-La’s pastry standards.
You will work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality pastries, adapt menus with trends, enforce hygiene protocols, control costs and manage shift coverage. A strong pastry passion and collaborative mindset are essential, with flexibility to work shifts.
