Manoir Hovey is a 51-room Relais & Châteaux property located on the shores of Lake Massawippi in Quebec’s Eastern Townships. We are currently seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team. Manoir Hovey features two restaurants: Le Hatley, our five-diamond fine dining restaurant, and the Taproom, a Michelin-recommended bistro.
