Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team in creating delectable desserts and pastries for our upscale restaurant in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry-making, exceptional creativity and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including preparation, production and plating of desserts and pastries.
  • Create new and innovative dessert menus that complement our restaurant's concept and cuisine.
  • Train and mentor pastry team members to ensure high-quality standards and consistency in all pastry offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space in accordance with health codes.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service of desserts during busy periods.
