AccorHotel in Dubai seeks a Production Chef responsible for mise en place across F&B outlets, ensuring quality, portioning, presentation, and stock control. You will supervise Demi/Commis, assist in menu ideas, manage daily inventory, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

You will coordinate with Sous-Chef, set rosters, monitor costs, and contribute to trainings and guest satisfaction in a luxury 4-5 star environment.
