Dayboro Bakery is seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our bakery team. This role is ideal for someone with strong pastry skills who enjoys producing high-quality baked goods in a busy bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, cakes, slices, desserts and other bakery products
  • Mix, shape, bake and decorate pastry items according to recipes and bakery standards
  • Prepare fillings, creams, icings and other pastry components
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, freshness and presentation
  • Operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment safely
