Apt Resources is seeking a Pastry Chef - CDP (Chef de Partie) to join a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Pastry Chef - CDP will contribute to the culinary team responsible for creating exquisite desserts and pastries for the Royal Family and distinguished guests.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a wide range of pastries and desserts under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef, including cakes, chocolates, tarts, and more
  • Ensure attention to detail and visually appealing presentations
  • Collaborate with the pastry team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef - CDP in high-end establishments or luxury hotels
  • Specialization in pastry and desserts
  • Strong knowledge of classic pastry techniques and modern trends
