• Develop and refine pastry recipes , including cakes, tarts, laminated doughs, fillings, glazes, and specialty desserts, ensuring flavor, texture, and presentation excellence.
• Decorate a variety of baked and pastry items to meet product standards, customer requirements, and visual appeal expectations.
