The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts as well as experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design new pastry dishes
  • Manage inventory
  • Order supplies
  • Oversee the pastry team

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of Indian or Kenyan cuisine is an asset
